Shrimp Gumbo


Avocado oil
White onion, chopped
Red pepper, chopped
Celery, chopped
Parsley, chopped
Gluten-free all-purpose flour (I used Cloud 9)
Canned organic diced tomatoes
Left-over water from cooked sausage
Chicken stock
Ground cumin
Oregano
Okra, sliced
Shrimps
Sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
Cayenne pepper
