Cod Fish!

This has to be one of my favourite Portuguese-inspired dishes.



Layers of sliced potatoes, white onions, cod fish, tomatoes and drizzled with olive oil, homemade pira-pira sauce, freshly minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.  Bake at 375 degrees F for about 50 minutes.
