Potatoes and Avocado Oil

Potatoes and Avocado Oil, seriously, are a culinary marriage made in heaven.  Just saying.


Cut sweet potatoes for french fries.


Drizzle with Avocado oil, toss, pop into a pre-heated 375 degree F oven. Keep and eye on them, and give them a toss or two.  Season with cayenne pepper and salt.


Or fry up thinly sliced red potatoes in avocado oil, season with salt.  Best tasting potato chips ever!
